1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tk6663 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services available at tk6663.app (the "Website") and any associated mobile-optimised pages. These Terms apply in their entirety to all products and services offered by tk6663, including but not limited to: live casino games, the sports betting sportsbook (including cricket betting), slot games, the Lottery section, Piggy Gold, and all promotional or bonus offerings.

By completing the registration process on tk6663, clicking "I Agree" or any equivalent acceptance prompt, depositing funds into your account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms. Acceptance is also implied by continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms has been published.

3. Account Obligations

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by tk6663

tk6663 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: where prohibited conduct (as defined in Section 7) is identified or reasonably suspected; where the Player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; where the account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18; where continued operation of the account would expose tk6663 to regulatory, legal, or financial risk; or where the Player has been subject to a self-exclusion order that prevents them from holding an active gaming account.

Upon permanent closure of an account by tk6663 for reasons other than fraud or money laundering, any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on file, less any applicable transaction fees.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your tk6663 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal manner. Once an account is closed at your request, you will need to contact support to reopen it. If the closure was requested under our responsible gaming self-exclusion programme, additional cooling-off periods will apply before reactivation can be considered.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Prior to classifying an account as dormant, tk6663 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation is available by logging in or contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk6663 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; interruption of service; or reliance on information published on the Platform.

tk6663 provides the Platform and all its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the Website will be free from errors, bugs, or downtime at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

In no event shall tk6663's total aggregate liability to any single Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk6663's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

tk6663 reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the tk6663 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2.
